“My questions were properly addressed, and the purchasing process was straightforward. The Yeti Portable Power Station was delivered by Wintec the same day (and fully charged so we could use it straight away!) The automatic change over switch was installed in the distribution board by the Wintec affiliated electrician, who did a professional job. We got the optional upsized charger which replenishes the battery in time for the next load shedding window. When load shedding starts, the lights flicker for a second and the system fails over to the battery without skipping a beat. I’m very pleased with the setup and can highly recommend the product and associated services.”
